Alie Schirmers

With 10 years of experience across a variety of disciplines of Human Resources, Alie currently supports Disruptive Growth, Strategic Revenue Management, and Mergers & Acquisitions as the HR Business Partner where she is accountable for setting talent strategy plans through execution.

Alie holds a BS in Psychology from SUNY Buffalo and a MA in Human Resources & Industrial Relations from the Carlson School of Management. She resides in Minneapolis and outside of work, you can find her at her favorite CrossFit gym or spending time with her Boxer, Dezi.
